WHAT BRANDS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?

While we take a variety of different brands, some of our favorite brands are: Sweet Honey, Beaufort Bonnet, Lilly Pulitzer, Proper Peony, Mini Boden, Bailey Boys, Anavini, Bella Bliss, Kissy Kissy, Magnolia Baby, Sophie & Lucas, Janie and Jack, Vineyard Vines, Pippy Frances and Matilda Jane!

We do not accept pieces made by Arizona, Cherokee, Faded Glory, Old Navy, Cat & Jack, Circo, George, Just One You, Garanimals, Okie Dokie, Route 66, Children’s Place, or other brands sold at Target and Walmart.

DO YOU BUY ITEMS OUTRIGHT?

No, we do not purchase the items outright. We put the items on an account and consignors receive 40% of the base selling price of each item sold. You may collect your active account balance at 183 Moore Drive anytime during business hours, or you may redeem it as credit in the store.

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT TO BRING MY ITEMS IN?

Yes, you must have an appointment to consign your items with us! To schedule an appointment, call the store during regular business hours and we will find a time that works for you. Our hours are Monday through .Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and our phone number is (859) 275-5577.

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY CONSIGNMENT APPOINTMENT?

Your items need to be freshly laundered, pressed and on hangers or neatly folded in bins when you bring them in. We do not accept consignment brought in in trash bags. We will have the paperwork at the store for you to fill out!

WILL I GET MY HANGERS AND BINS BACK?

Yes! We will switch the items over to our hangers and have your hangers and bins ready to go back with you.

CAN I PICK MY ITEMS UP?

Items priced under $100 are not available for pick up. Items priced over $100 may be picked up at no charge seven days or less prior to expiration. Item retrieval is the sole responsibility of the client.

HOW DO YOU PRICE ITEMS?

Our general rule of thumb is to price items 1/3 of the original retail price. For specialty items, we research the particular style and assign a price that is competitive with similar items in the market. We also take into account the condition of the item and how popular the item will be with our typical customers.

WHAT KIND OF ITEMS DO YOU SELL?

At Ladybug Landing, we carry boys and girls clothing, shoes and accessories in sizes newborn through 18/20. While we accept a variety of different brands, some of our favorites are: Sweet Honey, Beaufort Bonnet, Lilly Pulitzer, Proper Peony, Mini Boden, Bailey Boys, Anavini, Bella Bliss, Kissy Kissy, Magnolia Baby, Sophie & Lucas, Janie and Jack, Vineyard Vines, Pippy Frances and Matilda Jane! We also carry Maternity clothing and mom essentials such as swaddle blankets and diaper bags.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final! Due to the nature of consignment, once an item sells the consignor automatically receives their payment for the items. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns. However, we can put items on a one day hold for you, if you need some extra time to think about it!

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept cash and all major credit cards. We also are now taking Afterpay! Create an account with Afterpay and make your purchase in 4 installments over 6 weeks, with no interest.

CAN I SHOP ONLINE?

While we do not currently have an online store, if you ever see something on our social pages you can’t live without, you can call the store to purchase and we can either hold for pickup or ship to you!
